Winter Classes (10 weeks)

MOVE IT!
All about force and motion

We will really be on the move this session!  Students will learn about force and motion as they explore how things move and will use simple machines to design their own vehicles and create their own inventions.  So look out for fast movers!

Schedule:

Kindergarten or First Grade:  Wednesdays 1:30 to 3:00 p.m.
Jan. 13, 20, 27, Feb. 3, 10, 24, Mar. 3, 10, 17, 24
(No class on school holidays)

First through Third Grade:  Mondays 3:15 to 4:45 p.m.
Jan. 11, 25, Feb. 1, 8, 22, Mar. 1, 8, 15, 22, 29
(No class on school holidays)

First through Third Grade:  Tuesdays 3:15 to 4:45 p.m.
Jan. 12, 26, Feb. 2, 9, 23, Mar. 2, 9, 16, 23, 30
(No class on school holidays)


Yvonne Tryce will be the instructor for this enrichment opportunity.  The fee will be $250 for the entire session.  Fees include both materials and snacks and are due upon registration to reserve a space in the class.  You may sign up at the Town Center offices or on-line at the Town website www.portolavalley.net.  If you have questions, you may send an e-mail to the instructor at ytryce@yahoo.com
